Gene Gambale has enjoyed a highly unique and expansive legal career. He began practicing in New York City as in house counsel to a major international transportation company. Upon moving to California, he became in house counsel to a muti-billion dollar international natural resource company, and later was made a business partner in a national law firm .
He has served as general counsel to a Native American tribe and was responsible for the development and commencement of operations of a successful gaming establishment. He participated in the placement of a constitutional amendment in California permitting casino gaming in California for Native American tribes, and negotiated a gaming compact with the governor of California.
He has represented clients in a substantial multi-million dollar recovery for a bad faith claim against an insurance company.
He currently practices in the Coachella Valley assisting clients in general business and commercial matters.
